Our Coffee Supplier
We supply the finest local coffee from Far East Coffee Co. You can visit them at The Roastery Cafe, Mr Clifton’s and the Farmers Market. Loving Local since 2014.
With a combined 20 years of experience in the coffee industry, we aim to provide our customers with exceptional coffee that is lovingly created in small batches. We are committed to using green beans that are not only organic but are purchased in a trading environment that adheres to all the principles of the World Fair Trade Organisation.
Baked Goods
The lovely people at Curbside Kitchen supply our baked goods – Everything in our wee little kitchen is 99% homemade from scratch, and I’m talking about pretty much everything, from our pickles, chutneys, mayonnaise, cakes, and even our pastry. We try to buy local and seasonal and support New Zealand suppliers as much as possible.
Our goal is to be keeping this gourmet joint fresh, tasty and all made from scratch.
Best Ugly Bagels
Why Best Ugly? Well, if you were punched, rolled, boiled and fired, you wouldn’t look so great either. Don’t worry, our Montreal-style bagels are deliberately manhandled – hand rolled and cut, then simmered in sweet honey water. We then shove them into our custom-made stone oven which runs on New Zealand’s greatest natural fuel – Manuka hard wood.
