STEP THREE
An email will be sent to the email address you provided in the order form, with your voucher in electronic pdf format ready to print out and pop in a card for the recipient. Or if you have requested a physical voucher, one will be ready to collect at the reception.

How does it work? A voucher can be purchased by value amount as our accommodation prices change seasonally, or we can do them per accommodation type but will be charged at our peak season rate.

Redeeming your voucher is simple and hassle-free!
Just reach out to us via email or phone when booking and provide your voucher details.
Provide: the voucher number & check if the dates are available on our website for the room you are looking for.
Booking name, phone number & email for the booking & dates.
Cancellation Policy:
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, and change is not provided.
We offer flexibility for date changes to bookings when notified at least 48 hours in advance.
Gift Voucher Terms
- Tatapouri Bay Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Bookings must be made within this timeframe.
- If the total value of your stay at Tatapouri Bay exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the excess amount will be the responsibility of the Gift Voucher holder.
- If the total value of your stay at Tatapouri Bay is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will not be refunded. A new voucher can be reissued if the outbalance amount is higher than $50.
- Tatapouri Bay Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- All vouchers are issued in NZD.
